What's for lunch?

• We heard your feedback, and we're excited to announce that this years' event will include a buffet picnic! While this addition does increase the ticket cost, it offers great value compared to purchasing lunch inside the park

• Our delicious picnic buffet will feature:
• Chicken tenders with dipping sauces
• Charbroiled hamburgers
• Pulled pork BBQ
• Macaroni and cheese
• Fresh fruit salad
• Baked beans
• Assorted potato chips
• Icecream bars

How to purchase tickets

• If you would like to purchase tickets for the Community Day at Idlewild & SoakZone using our discounted pricing, use the button above to register by June 20, 2025 or while supplies last
• Upon registering and purchasing your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with your order
• Approximately one week before the event, you will receive a package in the mail that includes your tickets and/or wristbands for lunch
  
  

GBU Community Day Pavilion

• GBU guests will have exclusive access to the GBU Pavilion (D1) for a buffet lunch
• During those hours, you can also visit employees from the GBU Home Office and spin the prize wheel to win a prize
• Drinks will be available in the tent one hour prior and 1 hour after lunch
• Although the buffet lunch and prize wheel will only be available during lunch, the pavilion is available all day long if you need a place to sit and rest

Other Important Information to note

• You must register by Friday, June 20, 2025 using the button above
• We have t-shirts available in exchange for a $5 online donation to the GBU Foundation
• If you purchase a t-shirt, your name will go into a drawing for a $250 gift card
• Tickets for this event will be exclusively physical tickets that will be mailed to the address you provided when registering
• Checks cannot be accepted for this event
• Please refer to Idlewild's policy on their website in the event of inclement weather:

"We do not issue rain checks or refunds simply because it rains during your visit and you want to leave the park, so please be aware of weather forecasts. Keep in mind that an overcast day often means shorter lines and just as many thrills! Most rides and attractions continue to operate in light rain. In the event of heavy downpours or an electrical storm, many rides and attractions will close until the storm has passed and then reopen. Our Great Day Guarantee provides a Return Visit Ticket when the park announces closing at least one hour prior to scheduled close due to weather or other circumstances. Return Visit Tickets are only issued to those with a valid wristband, and to receive this ticket, guests must present their valid wristband at Guest Services prior to leaving the park. (Season Passholders and free buddies are not eligible for free return visit tickets)."
