Golf Registration Information (with sponsorship)

• If you secured a sponsorship that comes with foursomes, please complete the golf registration form below on behalf of your group by Monday, September 7, 2026.
• In order to complete the golf registration form, you will need the following information for each foursome:
• The name of each golfer
• The shirt size of each golfer
• The name of the 501c3 charity your foursome would like to play for
• You have until Monday, September 7, 2026 to complete the registration form so please refrain from completing the form until you have all the information above.

• If you would like to enjoy the event without sponsoring, we would still love to have you!
• Simply complete the form and pay using the registration button below
• Philantropic Foursome (includes golf and amenities below): $1,400
• Fore Good Golfer (single golfer, includes golf and amenities below): $350
• Nineteenth Hole Hero (single golfer, only includes golf): $150

Green fees and cart fees, golf cart, golf gift, swag bag, snacks, beverage cart service, lunch, and dinner
