Host a Collection Point

Register your office as an official Birthday Bash Collection Point. We'll help you promote your Collection Point by featuring it on our website and emailing GBU members in your area.


Members, clients, and the public can drop off their assembled Cake Kits to your location between April 13 and June 30. Then, you deliver the collected kits to your selected non-profit organization. If you're not sure what organization to pick, we can help with that.


Hosts will receive a “Party Pack” with ready-to-use decorations and promotional materials to help set your Collection Point up for success.


Step 1:

Complete a Birthday Bash Host Registration Form below. You will receive a follow-up email at the beginning of April with some follow-up information. Feel free to take advantage of the Digital Party Pack to promote your collection point while you wait for your Party Pack to arrive in the mail.


Step 2:

Once you receive your Party Pack, set everything up at your collection point. To maximize impact, we encourage you to promote your collection point by using the Birthday Bash promotional materials. We will also promote your location to our members.


Step 3:

From Monday, April 13 to Tuesday June 30, the public and your clients can drop off their kits to your location. They will be encouraged to check your office hours and make sure you are open before stopping.


Step 4:

Fill in your customized Birthday Bash photo prop (included in Party Pack) and snap a picture with your office staff any time after June 30. Drop off your donated kits and share your results with us using the form below. Be sure to upload your photo to be entered into a contest to win a $1,000 donation to be donated to your benefiting organization.


Step 5:

Drop off your donated kits to the organization you selected and share your results with us using the form below.
