Host a Birthday Bash

Host a "Birthday Bash" cake kit-packing event that the community can attend between April 13 and June 30. We will help you promote your event by featuring it on our website and emailing GBU members in your area.


Shop in advance for the materials needed for the number of kits you are pledging to pack. Members, clients, and the public can attend your event and help you reach your pledge number.


After your event, deliver the packed kits to your selected non-profit organization. If you're not sure which organization to pick, we can help with that.


Hosts will receive a “Party Pack” with ready-to-use decorations and promotional materials to help set your Collection Point up for success.



Step 1:

Complete a Birthday Bash Host Registration Form below. You will receive a follow-up email in early April with some materials you can utilize to promote your event while you wait for your Party Pack to arrive in the mail.


Step 2:

Download the Cake Kit Components Sheet to know what supplies to shop for. Purchase enough kit supplies for the number of kits you pledged in your Host Registration Form. Kits cost approximately $5-$6 a kit.


Step 3:

We will help you promote your event by posting the information to our website and emailing members in your area to participate.


Step 4:

Hold your event on the date you specified in your Host Registration form between April 13 and June 30. Make sure you use your Party Pack supplies and take lots of pictures. Fill in your customized Birthday Bash photo prop and snap a picture with your guests.


Step 5:

Drop off your donated kits to the organization you selected and share your results with us using the form below.
