- An unusually short, four-year surrender charge period that offers flexibility and pays renewal commissions every four years.
- Future Flex FIA (FPDA) provides your clients with flexibility to make additional contributions over time.
- Asset Guard FIA (SPDA) offers 4-year guarantees for both participation rates and the fixed interest rate option to ensure predictability.
- GBU’s FIA products do NOT have caps or margins that limit earning potential and introduce complexity.
- Optional booster fees allow your clients to increase their par rates, potentially leading to higher returns.
- Choose from three Barclays index options, including our proprietary Agility Shield Index, the Fortune 500 12% Index, and the US Tech 12% Index.
- Choose from 19 index strategies including annual and biennial options which
allow you to design effective investment strategies for your clients and take advantage of higher par rates on biennial strategies.

Utilizing GBU's eApp
GBU’s Fixed Index Annuities application is exclusively available on our iPipline eApp. Due to the complexity of this product, our eApp will provide a smoother and faster application experience, which means commissions are paid faster as well.
If your agency utilizes LifePipe, please make sure GBU Life products are added to your account. With this change, GBU Life’s eApp will also support iPipeline’s process that sends your application to your BD or BGA for approval before it is submitted to GBU Life.
