Docfast Instructions

Helpful Tips:

• There are two links for iPipeline login (Illustration/iGo & DocFast). The login is the same for both platforms with your username as AGT + agent number (AGT1234567) and a password you choose. 
• THIS IS NOT THE SAME LOGIN AS YOUR AGENT PORTAL.
• Please note your iPipeline credentials are unique to each carrier and will differ.

IMPORTANT POLICY DELIVERY INFORMATION 

All annuity applications (paper or electronic) submitted 12/5/22 and beyond will be delivered to you through our DocFast delivery platform. Any annuity applications submitted prior to 12/5/22 will be delivered through our previous email/mail process. All life applications will continue to be delivered through the DocFast.

We've created step-by -step videos to show you how to navigate the iPipeline process for illustrations, applicaitons, signing and policy delivery.

Important note: there may be pop up blockers that need to be turned off in order to see the illustrations as well as when going through the signing ceremony.

If your agency utilizes LifePipe, please make sure GBU Life products are added to your account. With this change, GBU Life’s eApp will also support iPipeline’s process that sends your application to your BD or BGA for approval before it is submitted to GBU Life.
