District Reporting

Activity Plan (Applies to individual districts)


If your district need funds to support an upcoming event or activity, submit a district activity plan.*

*Please note, you will need to submit each activity individually.


Due dates:

  • First-quarter activity plan due on January 31 of the following year
  • Second-quarter activity plan due on April 30
  • Third-quarter activity plan due on July 31
  • Fourth-quarter activity plan due on October 31
Submit District Activity Plan

After the request is reviewed and approved, funds will be sent via direct deposit to the district’s bank account to support planned activity for the upcoming quarter.

Quarterly Report (Applies to individual districts and super districts)

Quarterly reports* must be submitted to the GBU Home Office, or funds will be withheld until the report is received. These reports are critically necessary to identify fraternal and community activities.
